The terms ‘Podiatrist and Chiropodist’ are protected terms for the profession according to their governing body and the HCPC. Therefore, we feel it necessary to not mislead the public in thinking that she is claiming to be a podiatrist / chiropodist. However, please refer to the list of common feet ailments that Foot Health Care Therapists treat. To make it even more helpful for our clients, we have posted the definition of Podiatry and Chiropody below so that you may understand clearly the difference in Titles.
