Rosa Townsend

Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, Western Medical Acupuncture, Yoga Therapist/Instructor

Rosa, the founder of the Ascot Health Practice Ltd, qualified as an Osteopath and Naturopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. She further completed a Masters degree in Paediatric Osteopathy through the British School of Osteopathy and the Foundation of Paediatric Osteopathy.
Rosa has trained in Cranial Osteopathy alongside her Masters degree and continues to train on post graduate courses. She is qualified in Western Medical Acupuncture.
Rosa is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
In 2006 Rosa completed a diploma in Yoga Therapy and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2002 and is accredited by Yoga Alliance UK.

 

 

Nicola Bayer

Osteopath, Sports Massage Therapist

Nicola qualified from University College of Osteopathy in 2022 with a Distinction in her M.Ost. She previously qualified as Sports Massage Therapist where she gained experience working with the Grove Rugby Club in Oxfordshire.

Nicola has extensive knowledge and experience from having competed nationally in trampoline gymnastics and worked as a gymnastics and trampolining coach. She is committed to growing and evolving as an osteopathic practitioner and dedicates time to continuing professional development.

With her warm and compassionate approach, Nicola works with her patients to investigate the root cause of a patient’s problems for a clear diagnosis. Nicola ensures clear communication and effective treatment to help all of her patients.

Jo Wilson

Massage Therapist, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage

Jo qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist at Farnborough College of Technology and is a member of the SMA (The Association of Soft Tissue Therapists).  Jo is committed to continued professional development and continues to study to add to her portfolio of qualifications.
Jo uses a wide range of deep tissue and remedial massage techniques to alleviate aches and pains to promote healing and relaxation.  

Jo has a keen interest in all sports and plays and coaches netball in a local club.
